Excellent location with friendly, efficient staff.

The room was huge, spotless and had a safe and a small sofa.

Outstandingly accommodating staff and magnificent location convenient to the restaurant, everything was really good. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was large and nicely furnished in good condition...

The front desk staff was unprofessional and lacking in courtesy upon arrival and throughout my stay.

The place was well priced. The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with particularly good views on the skyline. The a double room we stayed in was spotless and cheap. The price was US$ 67.

Thank you for an excellent stay. Wonderful hotel, it has reasonably priced restaurant and ideal location by many restaraunts. The breakfast is satisfactory, includes lots of meals. Offers nice service and reasonably priced food. Overall clean facilities, there's secure parking.

Loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room 🛏️ the air conditioning was super loud and the kitchen closing too early was a bummer.

The room had a persistent smell of moisture that detracted from the experience. I encountered issues with cleanliness, notably dirty sheets and the unfortunate presence of bed bugs, which led to an unsettling stay. There are no breakfast options available at the hotel, pushing you to search around for food, and street noise at times might disturb your sleep.

The location is fantastic, with all shopping within walking distance. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the large bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. The room offered good free wi-fi, and the furniture had a charming retro vibe even though it felt a bit dated. I really appreciated the spacious layout, comfortable for our group. A couple of downsides included the old and noisy air conditioner, hard to sleep at times. The restaurant closed early, limiting dining options later in the evening. There were also no hangers in the closet, which would have. It was a good value for the price, but some upgrades would enhance the experience significantly.

I appreciated the large, clean room with a hot shower. The staff were friendly, especially the receptionist who assisted me with printing travel documents. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby dining options.

Absolutely appalled at my stay! The air conditioner was so luod it might as well have been a rock concert. And what's with the kitchen closing so early? I expected to be welcomed with luxury but received nothing but frustration, just couldn't give a good review. Really disappointing, hope that makes sense.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions like the Panama Audubon Society. My two boys really enjoyed the spacious room we stayed in and the friendly staff made our mornings good, especially at breakfast.

My wife says that street noise disturbed our sleep.

The suite was impressive, with a fantastic location in downtown close to both the mountains and the ocean, as well as a 24-hour grocery store nearby.

Great air conditioning, nice tv. Check-in time could be flexible.
